![]() I’m fascinated to see what the upgrade will bring, and if it’s released a year from now I’ll be just as greateful. The next thing he knows almost everyone who does 3d for a living is saying ‘this is what I’ve been waiting for! Can we have squillions of polys/Lightwave’s modelling set/XSI’s NLAnimation set/Radiosity/Multiple surfaces/Everything from my fave package?’ OK I’m overstating it, but it strikes me that there are an awful lot of people who are awfully grateful for ZBrush and would love to see an awfully huge amount of new features in it which may be awfully different to Ofer’s original vision. But ZBrush strikes me as having been written as a genuine alternative to other paint software and follows a similar unique viewpoint to Kai. I couldn’t feel sorry for anyone who has written this piece of software.
